(In Store Purchase)
Proof of purchase is required, either via the record of your purchase in our system or with your receipt. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, or we can provide you a store credit that will never expire.
We want you to be happy!
For safety and hygiene reasons, car seats as well as other opened baby gear are excluded. If you have an issue with a car seat or stroller purchased at Mother & Earth Kids, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Return Policy

Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed.
All unused, unworn and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of our shipment of the item(s) to you. Any item that appears to be worn, washed, or smells from use or laundry detergent will be returned to sender with no exchange or refund given. Returns are accepted and payments, minus shipping charges or actual shipping costs (which ever is more), will be refunded up to 30 days after purchase was made.
Items must be returned within 30 days of original shipment for no additional fees to be charged. After 30 days, a restocking fee up to 20% will be charged/deducted from your refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 90 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.
Items must be new (not washed, used or worn), and in original packaging, if applicable. If original packaging is damaged, there will be a restocking fee of up to 20%.
All SALES ARE FINAL on discontinued and clearance items. Items that Mother & Earth Kids discontinues selling on our site will not be accepted for return/exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective products are handled on a case-by-case basis. Some manufacturers prefer to work directly with the consumer. All credit card payments are encrypted and processed through our secure payment gateway and are used only for the transaction that you authorize. Shipping Policy

In stock orders ship within 1-3 business days. Tracking will be provided via email once order has shipped.
Some orders may require an adult signature at delivery. Mother & Earth will not reship packages that are sent back to us if no one is available to sign for the packages. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
Select products may be sent directly from the manufacturer.
We do NOT ship to freight forwarders or UPS stores - all orders must have a confirmed address for billing and shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that originate outside of the USA, orders with multiple failed payment attempts, and orders flagged as fraudulent by our fraud detection program.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale, especially, but not limited to, volume JellyCat or Tonies purchases.
